How do I cancel Premium?

Open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mentulis → Cancel. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my data?

To delete your account and everything linked to it, go to Profile → Delete my account in the app (details at mentulis.com/delete-account). To clear only this phone and keep your account, use Profile → Reset my data.

I forgot my app PIN

On the lock screen, tap “Forgot PIN”. For your privacy, this resets the app and erases your data on that phone, so export your data from time to time.

Reminders don’t arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Mentulis in your phone’s settings, and that battery saver isn’t stopping the app in the background.

When can I book a psychologist?

Booking isn’t open yet. In the app, go to Talk › Psychologists and tap “Notify me”, and we’ll email you as soon as it opens (adults 18+ in Ontario).
